As a member of the NextLVL Learning Internship Committee, you would play a crucial role in working with platform known as Handshake in the recruitment and development of of NextLVL Learning’s Intern Candidates.  This would include the review of resumes, interviews, selection of the candidate, and progress reviews with the Intern throughout thier term with NextLVL Learning.  The intent is to provide an opportunity for students to discover, learn about, and familiarize themselves with the industry of their discipline, and with organizations within the industry.  Your responsibilities would include:

• Evaluation and Selection of Candidates: Participating in the evaluation process, of resumes submitted in Handshake to create a candidate list for interviews.  Conducting interviews and selecting an Intern for the Spring, Summer, or Fall Semesters.
• Feedback and Development: Providing constructive feedback to the Intern to identify areas for improvement and actively work on developing those skills, ultimately leading to personal or professional growth.
